A: Custom items are not returnable unless I have made a mistake.
Q: WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FRAME TO HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED?
A: I usually am able to get orders in the mail within 5-7 business days, this all depends on my current work load. Email me at: email@example.com prior to ordering if you are time crunched to see if our schedules align!
Q: DO YOU DO CUSTOM ITEMS THAT ARE NOT LISTED ON YOUR SITE?
A: Yes, reach out with any ideas you have so we can discuss the options.
Q: DO YOU COLLECT SALES TAX?
A: Yes, Illinois sales tax will be added if applicable.
Q: DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
A: Yes, I try and keep my S&H fees as low as possible but as a small handmade shop I do charge for this service.
Q: DO YOU OFFER SALES OR DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLES?
